In July 2024, starting OTR Audi A3 prices for new vehicles ranged from £29,515 for an Audi A3 Sportback with Sport trim up to £39,600 for a Black Edition Sportback TFSI e—a difference of over £10,000 from cheapest to most expensive. This figure reflects the average of 85 brand new vehicles for sale across Sportback and Saloon body shapes, Sport, S Line and Black Edition trim levels and fuel/energy type.

NimbleFins analysis of over 1,000 vehicles indicates that Audi A3 cars lose around £5,000 if they are resold in their first year, representing depreciation of 15%. In the second and third years, the typical Audi A3 depreciates approximately 12% per year, losing around £3,300 - £3,500 in value each year.
